The only sailing association whose members guarantee total financial protection, as required by law for the protection of package holidays, through membership and bonding with either the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), Association of Independent Tour Operators Trust (AITOT), or Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust (ABTOT) together with a Civil Aviation Authority's Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL).
